Some people do wait until Halloween to post as well, plus the submission date extends past Halloween because people are generally procrastinators.

Just thought that I'd also let everyone know that this is the last week for submissions. The window closes at the end of the day on the 5th, so get your battles in by then!

I don't think I'm going to be able to this year, my forum battle has taken up the majority of my bricks and baseplates, I have more, but not much more. I also only have 1 usable table which is being used be the forum battle.

Use the floor. A battle is a battle, no matter how big. A small battle could definitely win with good writing and use of the theme.
