The viability of both the
Leopard 2A6M CAN+ and the Stormer IFV were put to the test today at Fort Alberdeen Proving Grounds in [RETRACTED], in the Rupert sector. While the two vehicles performed exceedingly well, the Stormer IFV found itself having trouble with the snow due to problems with its short tracks. Because of this, the
Canadian military has stated that they will not be purchasing Stormer IFV units.

The Leopard 2A6M CAN+ is a module package built on the Leopard 2A6 chassis. It is comprised of an artic camo scheme, 20 2x3 ERA tiles, Cage armour, TROPHY Mk. VII and the most up to date electronics package.

While the
Leo. 2A6M CAN+ performed remarkably well, the final decision on whether or not the
Canadian Army will accept the units is up to
Major Natalya.
