It's that time of the evening where Mrs_bait and I sit down and try to figure out what to watch on television. The drinks are prepared.
The options are laid out.
Mrs_bait chooses classic Friends as her champion. It may not have been her week but they'll be here for her.
That leaves me with the crime against smart people, Big Bang Theory. Will this battle all start with a Big Bang?
The Friends set may be nicer overall, but it doesn't come with utensils. Armed with plastic take-out knives, Bernadette and Howard make intimidating shock troops.
Bernadette guts Ross, who is of course universally recognized as "The Worst" (tm),
Meanwhile, Raj begins to loot the shelves of Sheldon's apartment. Plenty of useful nerd gear here.
The rest of the cast takes cover behind their couches.
Rachel moves to retaliate against Bernadette. "You killed my lobster!"
Bernadette: "Aw, you guys were on a break!"
Rachel: "I'll break you!"
Canned laughter
Armed with the knife, Rachel has become a true warrior.
Joey, Chandler, and Monica decide these new patrons are a little too much and move to the back of Central Perk.
Phoebe sings a song.
Gunther wonders if he's going to have to clean this up.
Sheldon finds a pistol that was masquerading as a lamp. NPU FTW!
It's not very effective against Rachel's shield.
Suddenly, a box of spicy chinese takeout lands on Phoebe!
Critical hit!
Phoebe is reduced to rubble.
Raj sends out his chihuahua to scout the battle.
Amy begins to disassemble the telescope. Should be able to engineer it into a good weapon.
Ice cream break
Rachel decides she wants something with a bit more reach.
But she critically fails the attack and instead breaks out into song!
Fortunately, Chandler has found a strange lamp with several firebombs.
But he fails to hurt Howard with one. "Could these be any more of a dud?"
Canned laughter
Meanwhile, Joey is finally cast in a leading role as the cast's Hero.
On the other side, Leonard dons a plasma lamp on his head and becomes a powerful physics hero himself.
Working together, Raj and Bernadette attempt to launch their rocket through the telescope.
Lift off!
Warrior Rachel is blown to bits. Now Gunther is definitely going to have to clean all this up.
Sheldon sprints to find cover in Central Perk.
Bazinga!
Leonard floats out, electricity arcing from his hands.
Chanandler Bong decides to see if he can get a sweet double kill.
Not only does he murder Raj and Amy, he picks up a little dog!
"Could explosives be any more OP?"
Canned laughter
Joey puts on the costume of his alter ego, Dr. Drake Ramoray.
Overwatch and commercial break.
Dr. Drake Ramoray: "I can save her!"
Insert fan fiction here
Sheldon and Gunther have a tense showdown. Sheldon's pistol is once again ineffective.
Leonard prepares to face his equal.
But the power is overwhelming, and suddenly fizzles out.
Howard tries to stop Chandler's rampage but fails the damage.
"Could that knife be any more blunt?"
Penny joins in, trying to blend Chandler's face to no avail.
Chandler has had enough.
Backing up to line up his shot...
Now that's a big bang!
Canned laughter
Gunther tries to fight Sheldon off with his broom but it is just as ineffective as the gun.
Sheldon: "Bazinga!"
Leonard grabs the piano and begins to sing.
"Sleepy girl, sleepy girl, why aren't you sleeping?"
Phoebe: "Dad?"
Leonard: "Yes! Join us!"
Chandler tries to stop the feat with his last bomb, but it's a dud.
Monica, however, winds up a cupcake.
It's a brutal kill.
Dr. Drake Ramoray sneaks up on Sheldon.
Dr. Drake Ramoray: "It's really me, evil twin Dr. Hans Ramoray!"
With no one left in Big Bang Theory, the Friends confront Phoebe and bring her back to the show.
Phoebe: "Fine, I'll stay, but only if I get to marry Paul Rudd!"

Super amazing!
Historical note: Sheldon should have started sitting in his spot on the couch.

Re: [RK20] Sitcom Wars
Well, this was unexpected...
Fun: 16 On one hand, this is something I kind of wanted to do myself. On the other hand, sort of cliche. But the quotes from the two shows that you interspersed into the mix helped a lot.
Violence: 6 Hmm. Things went boom, but there wasn't really a lot of fighting, ultimately.
Photography: 8 Photos were good, but the focus needed work (not that I can talk, mine aren't much better). Good lighting, okay angle shots, but kind of fuzzy.
Writing: 9 You did a great did explaining the action, and adding in all of those quips from the shows helped greatly. For the most part, the characters acted in line with how they act on TV.
Story: 9 The entire concept of the battle was hilarious and loads of entertainment. You had characters act in character for their roles, snapping quips back and forth. I like the idea that this whole fight began because you and your wife couldn't decide what to watch. I suspect the battle would have more entertaining than watching either show anyway.

Fun : 18 - This is how BrikWars is supposed to work. Put things next to each other. fight.
Violence : 7 - Given the fact that you started with just the sets´ accessories and some effects, this is really good.
Photography : 9 - the Pics are mostly good, easy to keep track of the action.
Writing : 9 - The quotes are on spot, I heard the character voices and canned laughter almost in my head.
Story : 8 - Of course not the most innovative setup, but on the other hand no one else did it before. Hilarious result! And I hope Mrs_bait acquired a taste for it?
