The 12th Annual Halloween Hellhunt
Halloween Hellhunt - Annual Battle Report Contest
WELCOME BACK. It is now G.R. 2021, and to celebrate this glorious year of death and destruction, we will once again be holding the Annual Halloween Hellhunt Battle Report Contest, held in honor of Brikwars's birthday. Here, the Brikwarriors fight for the title of the Lord of Battle, topping each other with mad tales of war and conquest. Last year's victor, Food_Truk, is now added to the Hall of Lords.
Rules of engagement-
6. Post a battle report from Between Sunday, October 10, to Friday, November 5, with [HH] in the title. This should give everyone a good amount of time to plan and then get their battles done.
7. This year's theme will be Aliens! Always a popular choice for costumes and Brikwar battles alike, the presence of extraterrestrials is sure to make a situation more interesting. Your use of Aliens will be judged in the Overall Appeal category (Blue Moon beer counts!). Cleverness, prominence, and awesomeness of your use of the theme are key factors for this category.
8. Reports will be judged between November 6th and 10th by our current Lord of Battle and two others, along with a secondary judge. These slots are open.
Judges:
MadMario
Kommander Ken
Zupponn
Secondary: Judges Battle Reports made by a Judge, in place of that Judge
Zupponn
Backup/Tiebreaker:
Me
9. Battles are judged from 1-5 points each for Gameplay, Photography, Violence, Writing, and Overall Appeal, the total score will then be divided by 5, and the scores of the three judges will be averaged together.
(The highest score a judge can give is a 25, which is rounded down to a 5, and then, if the other two judges also give it 25s, theirs scores will be averaged for a maximum total of 5.
All reports will be posted here with their final score.
10. If a judge wishes to submit a Battle Report, then their spot in the judging will be judged by the secondary judge for that battle. They still judge every other battle as usual.
11. The winner shall be added to the ranks of the Lords of Battle, and have their Report featured on the mainpage.
Yes, this is just a reason for everyone to get to read a megaton of battle reports on Halloween, night of madness and the birthday of Brikwars.
Get out there and record those battles, mates. Good luck.

Re: The 12th Annual Halloween Hellhunt
Question: does my entry have to be a battle report, or can it be a forum battle?

I won´t be able to participate this time due to other projects, but I can serve as a judge once again.

Re: The 12th Annual Halloween Hellhunt
I recognize my latest forum battle technically started 2 days before the contest, but I’d like to enter the whole battle as opposed to 4 of the 5 turns. Judges, please advise if this is acceptable.

Re: The 12th Annual Halloween Hellhunt
You might take a hit in our score if it doesn't have aliens in it, but using that as your submission should be fine. The more battles, the better I say!Dienekes22 wrote: ↑Sat Oct 23, 2021 2:04 pmI recognize my latest forum battle technically started 2 days before the contest, but I’d like to enter the whole battle as opposed to 4 of the 5 turns. In that case I’ve added the [HH] tag to the top thread. The judges can include the entire battle or just the turns that were entered on time.

Re: The 12th Annual Halloween Hellhunt
Added the [HH] tag to the top thread and turns of The Battle for the West Emnet Fields. Thanks again, Zupponn, for letting me go over the deadline by a day.

I drunkenly agreed to judging so naturally mine are a bit late. But it's done! Fantastic entries overall.
I guess you can't spell drunken without Ken.
