[BB16] Mexican Cinco De Mayo Battleship

One of the oldest yet strongest ships of the Mexican Navy is the Cinco De Mayo battleship. Unlike other battleships, this one has no unnecessary gimmicks or gadgets installed and instead impresses with it's sheer amount of fire weapons. Like other Mexican ships, it sacrifices armour for high speed, in order to fit their hit and run doctrine.
