Was intended to be the destroyer but ended up being too epic, Became a Heavy Cruiser. Destroyers need to be smaller, and battleships need to be longer, very satisfied with this one though

The Brusilov is the biggest and best so far! I like what you've done with the armour plating.

Regarding the Scaling.

Ever since the photobucket disaster, A lot of photos are missing. I can't find any pics of this supposed "Other Scale". People were saying that some of my ships looked too big in one aspect or another.

While it can still be used with other ships as far as im concerned, "KastScale" goes under the assumption that a 1x1x1 stud is the approximate size of a minifig. hence why fighters are bigger and such.
