Okay, so this thread is where I dump any AN-TA war LDD microspace that is remotely original.

First up, (and last so far), a USA destroyer:



Commissioned by the silent-sigfig, it is armed with fiercesome firepower punching above its class (after all silent-sigfig described USA ships as guns in space), it is also armed with a gigantic OTC bayonet that is longer than some frigates, proof of the wealth of the USA.

Looks like its very "effective".

It does look like a ship that has no purpose other than destruction.

It'll cut smaller ships in half!

Alright, next up, a Praetorian cruiser:


When doing my forum battle I was annoyed how all the Praetorian ships were either really puny (i.e fighters and frigates) or really big (i.e battleships, megacarriers) with no units inbetween. So for future plans I designed a cruiser-class and I would say it’s sufficient and captures the aesthetic, if a little fat.

@Whiteagle: Good ship design, needs more dakka though.

@tymon555: Yeah the OTC was really just a moment of inspiration. I'll try to incorporate giant OTCs into more of my USA ships in the future.

Well it's the Bugs' Carrier, it's not suppose to have a lot of guns...

I do have other ships, just haven't uploaded them yet. But cool carrier.

Yeah, was playing around with it last night...
Might redo the front into a giant drill thing with a turret in the center, so that all else fails they'd just burrow the ship into the nearest habitable planetoid.

Cool stuff. The Praetorian ship looks like it has a bit too much white and not enough blue.

Is it a conventional carrier, in that it's full of fighter craft, or like a hive ship? If the ships has a drill then It should be able to implant planets with giant sub-terran scorpion creatures which can give birth to mini-swarms.
