Dropbox.com

You drag a file to the Public folder on yore own machine
It syncs to the Dropbox servers
Right click file and copy a link to your clipboard
Paste link into web page

Read all FAQs
Read the file that is in the Public folder when you download it

Oh yeah, forgot to mention 2GB free storage!
