* - I came here when I found it because I have an interest in LEGO and I like to make animated movies with LEGO.

The place I usually go posting LEGO movies is here: http://www.bricksinmotion.com/ - That site is not yet finished, but will be in a matter of weeks/days. Just in case you're interested in LEGO movies, too.

We have a brikfilmer? A good one?
A Wizard is never late. Nor is he early, he arrives precisely when he means to.

Somebody else put "Wizard needs food badly" in their sig when responding to one of your posts, and therefore I felt I had no choice but to reference this crucial touchstone of wizard culture. Unfortunately I've already forgotten who it was, so I can't tell you whose fault it is.
Captain Nomouth had it in his sig.

lol, yeah, TaaB sucks (you'd probably know who TaaB is if you're a brickfilmer).

Are you registered at bricksinmotion.com or brickfilms.com? (Well, brickfilms isn't good anymore).

In both, but i never posted at BIM.

I know of that prick TaaB, but i do not know what he did to the Brickfilms community, i guess it is something about the copyright, but i don't know the full story.

What really happened that lead everyone to leave Brickfilms?

It's a she ;)

First, they kicked Schlaeps (the current owner) out because he was working on bricksinmotion (or it was called ilovebrickfilming at the time) and they kicked him out because of that. Most people left then, but then her husband who is president of AMC sent them a Ceast and Desist order over the name (ilovebrickfilming) as a website. Because brickfilms is trademarked.

* - Who are you?
I am a Lego obsessed brikwars fanatic. I have been collecting and playing with Lego (Never Duplo) since I was 3. Thanks to this beautiful creation, Brikwars, I have never had a dark age, and have never been embarassed to tell people I play with Lego. I have been lurking on the Brikwars home page since the 2001 rules book was the newest edition, I have read and damn near memorized every addition and official supplement to the rules, I have been playing Brikwars for 5 years, and I have lurked on these and the older frappr forums for 2 years now. Finally, I have decided to join your excellent community. I am glad to be here at last.
* - Do you live with your mom? (Trust me, this is important)
What do you think?
* - Where do you come from?
I herald from the far recesses of southern Scotland, though I've been stuck state side for most of my life.
* - What is your quest?
My quest is three-fold:
1: To get a custom nickname
2:To conquer the known universe
3: To become an accomplished actor

Well, that's it then. If I had never discovered Brikwars, I would probably one of those 'cool' guys who thinks Lego is a kid's toy. Oh yeah, and I might be able to hold onto money for a couple of days :) (I've spent well over $3000 on Lego in my life, and am now starting to spend up to $500 a year on Lego since last year).

Oh yeah; I'm also the leader of my local brikwargaming clan, though it's very small. We don't actually have a name, because it's so small, but we like it that way; more of a friendly atmosphere ;) . I'll post my army as soon as I can get off my lazy ass and take some photos. It's not too impressive considering the money I've put down on it, but hey, it's mine!

Now that you've read this annoyingly long post, feel free to welcome me :)
