Erm - It's from an Iain M Banks novel, but I can't recall which. They're talking about a Rapid Offensive Unit (ROU), a type of military spaceship. It seemed like the thing.

Banks is good BrikWarrior reading - if for nothing other than the Lazy Gun, which is described thus:
The Lazy Gun is light but massy, and weighs three times as much when turned upside down. The Lazy Gun is the only weapon known to display a sense of humour.

To fire the Lazy Gun, it is pointed at the target, zoomed in, and then the trigger is pulled. What happens next is unpredictable. When fired at humans, many different things may occur. An anchor may appear above the person, giant electrodes may appear on either side of the target and electrocute them or an animal may tear their throat out. Larger targets such as tanks or ships may suffer tidal waves, implosion, explosion, sudden lava flows or just disappear. When fired at cities and other such targets, thermonuclear explosions are the norm, although in one instance a comet crashed into the city.
"It looks," she snickered, "like a dildo."
"That's appropriate," said the drone. "Armed, it can fuck entire solar systems."

Hey. I am 14 as well and have never introduced myself, so...

as you already know I am 14.
I am male, and I live near Trenton in New Jersey in the US, on earth, at the edge of the milky way galaxy in the 3rd demension.
I'm mostly human [dad got locked in a room with a donkey for 9 days(not really)]
Oh yeah, I'm also a cristian but, I'm not exactly devout. I believe in evolution. In fact, I don't believe half the stuff in the bible. I do ike the basic principals though ( peace, good will twards man, love thy niegbor exept if your a plastic building block)

1st bold: I never introduced myself too.
2nd bold: Yay, an Enlightened trianglist! That faith is welcome. I would follow it if I actually believed in God (who doesn't exist but nevermind).

i know about the risk of my floppy penis snuggling you but you don't have to keep your whole name secret - only your surname and the town you live in (not city)

evolution is pretty much accepted by the cristian church,
much of the old testiment is killing especially Judges, the old testiment and revelation are fun.

I love how all the 14-year-olds who join these forums always make it a point to try and be a smarty and talk about God and evolution. xD

It's actually pretty funny how that happens on every forum. All the smart people ignore those conversations.
