Curious about banned users and where I can find general green minifigure parts

A question thats been killing me is what happened to these banned users, did they break some serious rules and can't really talk in Brikwars anymore?
Also I've been looking for green minifigure parts, building a green army and so far I have a regular infantry squad and a motorized squad made

I have (1) one hour ban on that list for posting a music link for the Ned Flanders based metal band.
But there was a ban by Shadow for no real reason for one week! thats not listed.
A bit excessive for a joke ban.

I was banned a bunch of times back in the day. Used to try to test the waters as much as I could back then.
