Stranian Commander: What our forces lose in quality, we can more than make up in quantity. The Stranian front will not fall to the Britannians. Drinks on me tonight once we return to the Bloody Eye Nebula.
Red Beret: Major Sheridan, we must act now if we are to prevent a defeat.
Major Sheridan: I fully well understand the direness of our situation. We underestimated the industrial capability of the Stranians, and our arrogance has cost us.
Stranian Commander: Continue laying down fire on those Brits! We’ll force those teapots out of cover eventually.
Red Beret: We’re taking casualties-are we truly out of options? We may as well order a retreat at this point.
Major Sheridan: Blimey! With the amount of suppressive fire from the Stranians, that course of action may as well be suicide.
”Did somebody request reinforcements?”
Major Sheridan: A Knightmare Frame? It must be one of the new Christminster models I’ve seen in the corporate forces. I hate it when the East Indigo company butts its head into the military’s affairs.
Stranian forces:
The Knightmare fires a slash harken at the Stranian fighter.
He then reels it in, dragging the fighter to the ground.
Stranian Commander: Fucking shit! At this rate, I’ll get a demotion. Call in a Wobbly!
A Stranian mech enters the field.
Sir Brassington: Bloody hell, it’s been such a while since I got to fight against another mech. I think I’ll go hand-to-hand for this one.
The Stranian mech continues sauntering over to the Christminster Knightmare,
Before it can react, however, the Christminster rolls towards it and raises its sword to strike.
Sir Brassington: Another planet secured for Her Majesty. The BEITC and the Governor-General of the Indigo Colonies will be pleased to hear about this development.
