Location: Snowy crater on the planet Freon
Synopsis: A recent planetary bombardment by Space Nutzees has left the planet of Freon a frozen wasteland riddled with craters. Freon military police conduct strict patrols around the remaining encampments to keep civilians safe. Hoping for a small victory to lift the spirits of their shattered people, a patrol has tracked a suspicious figure deep into one of the craters.


Traveling for days, a weary figure searches for refuge from the cold and those who pursue him.


He approaches an opening in the crater wall that looks like a suitable place for shelter.


The figure turns to check if he is being followed...


then enters the mouth of the cave.

Two members of the patrol follow tracks to the cave.


Mustached Policeman - Looks like one of the bomb shells opened up some sort of cave
Other Policeman - Guess whoever it is found shelter, their tracks go straight inside.


Mustached Policeman - Better call it in to the Captain.


Other Policeman -Scouting party reporting. Scouting party reporting. Over.
Radio -This is Commander Ranker. What's your status. Over.
Other Policeman -We have identified location, I repeat, we have identified location. It appears suspect has entered some sort of cave. Over.
Commander Ranker -Requesting coordinates. Over.
Other Policeman -63.2167° N, 141.9060° W. Over
Commander Ranker - Party is enroute. We will rendezvous outside cave entrance. Over.
Other Policeman - Confirmed, over and out.

Mustached Policeman - I'm going in.


Other Policeman - If you're going for it, you're gonna need back up.
Mustached Policeman - You think if we nab this guy ourselves we'll get a promotion?
Other Policeman - Only one way to find out...

The figure enters a deep ruin within the cave. A stone circle with an ice formation stands at the dead center of the room. Two statues stand at the foot of the walls, overlooking the room.



He begins to set his things down to investigate the room.


The figure takes off his snow-hood to reveal his identity as the Butcher, an infamous serial killer.


Intrigued, the Butcher walks over to feel the stone. A jagged edge catches his finger, causing a small cut.
Butcher -Ah shit!


He quickly hops up in surprise. The ground begins to soak from below with a red fluid.
Butcher -That can't be...


The all to familiar smell of iron floods the Butcher's senses as he watches what now appears to be a pool quickly fill with crimson liquid.
Butcher -It is... that's blood alright, and a lot of it.


Just as he takes another step back, the flow of blood stops, filling the stone pool to the brim.


Out of an icy formation in the center of what can only be described as a kiddie pool of nightmares, shoots a purple flame.


The flame rises as if it is attempting to lick the ceiling of the cave. The Butcher can only stand speechless.


As fast as it appeared, the flame crystalizes into a translucent rock formation.


The Butcher stares in shock for a minute. Suddenly low whispers emerge from the stone, beckoning the Butcher closer. His body begins to move on its own as his mind fixates on the stone.


The stone draws him as the whisper began to turn into shouts invading his skull. He is no longer in control as he reaches over the pool to make contact with the gem's glowing surface.


Before his hands can grasp it, the rock cracks, and the same purple fire which rose from the pool moments ago lunges at the Butcher. The flame penetrates i his body


and the force knocks him onto his back, where he's knocked out cold.

The Butcher regains consciousness and feels a tingling in his left hand. his had has transformed, but a bigger transformation has happened within... a great power now resides within.


He sits up to the sound of footsteps running into the room behind him.
Mustached Policeman - Stop right there!
Other Policeman - Don't try anything stupid, we will not hesitate to shoot you!


Mustached Policeman - Frank, you cuff him while I search his things.
Policeman Frank - No Sudden movement. We are gonna take you to our commander
The Butcher - Is that the same commander who's been following me for days?
Policeman Frank -Just shut up and don't resist.


The Butcher - It's you who'll do the shutting up
Mustached Policeman -Fuck! No!! Frank!!


The Butcher loped the head of the policeman in one fell swoop. He turned to the remaining policeman.


Mustached Policeman -Who the hell... no what the hell are you?
The Butcher I'm the Butcher.


The Policeman takes a desperate shot that is met with a projected tans-purple energy shield.


Before the officer can get another shot off, he is met with an energy blade in the gut.


The butcher takes a moment to admire his work.


He then grabs his revolver


and goes to meet the company that awaits outside of the cave.

The commander and remains of the squad arrive on scene.
Commander - Dammit, they must've gone in.


Commander - Set formation around the cave entrance!
Military Policemen - Sir, yes Sir!
Commander - Hopefully private Frank and Oswald were able to detain the S-Class criminal, but we need to prepare for the worst...


Just then, the Butcher walked out of the cave entrance, raising his arms and dropping his revolver to the ground.
Commander - Halt! Do not move! By order of the Freon Military Police, you are under arrest!
Butcher - I'll give you all a chance to walk away with your lives. Drop your weapons and walk away.
Commander -You're in no position to bargin. Now get on your knees!


Butcher - I didn't want to let you live anyways, no fun that is!
Just like that butcher shot two physic disks into the chests of the two policemen, ripping through their internal organs and killing them instantly.
Commander - Fuck! This wasn't in the reports!


The commander fires to kill, but the shot is absorbed by a projected shield


The butchers unleashes a blade of purple flame which is met by the commander's energy sword. The flame begins to quickly overwhelm the commander who is looking for a quick escape.


Performing a feat of agility and grace, the kind that earned him top marks at the academy, the commander flips over the flame before it can consume him.


However, his is landing is a little sloppy on the icy tundra.


He rolls to a position to defend himself as the butcher advances.


The Butcher performs a powerful lunging strike which the commander attempts to block


The strike is too strong...


and the energy sword is freed from the commander's grasp.


Before he can reach to reclaim his blade, the Butcher pushes it away with a stream of violet fire.


The butcher approaches the defeated commander,


grabs him,


and lifts him off the ground.
Butcher - Looks like this didn't turn out the way you'd imagined, huh?
Commander - You will ne..


Before the commander could finish his retort, the Butcher divorced the commander's legs from his torso
Butcher - Ooops! Guess I'll never know what ya had to say...


He let the halves drop to the floor.


Turning his back from the carnage, the Butcher began so slowly walk off


Suddenly a whisper spoke in his head, the same whisper as before
??? - Ssservant of chaosss... your work.. is not complete... Go fourth! Reign in a new era... an era... of death...
And with sudden clairvoyance, the Butcher knew what he had to do.


In a flash of purple, he was gone.

Nice ice cave. I also like that pool of blood, which reminded me of that one scene from the Hellboy flick.

The Butcher - "Now, now, let's all just simmer down.."


Lt. Belcher -"Get on the ground with your hands behind your back! If you try anything, we will shoot.
The Butcher -"Now now, If I wanted to kill ya, you'd already be dead. I just wanted to talk is all, so I'll play your little game."


Lt. Belcher -"Who are you!?!?"
The Butcher -"Maybe we can chat in a more comfortable setting?"
Lt. Belcher -"How'd you get in here?"
The Butcher -"Like I said, maybe we can chat in a more comfortable setting..."
Lt. Belcher -"Private, take him to the interrogation room... we'll get those answers, comfort or not.."
