Endings on the Horizon

On an Un-Named planet, recently seized by the STFU after the war on Futuro Prime...
(Dvar turns, and waves to a building across from them)
*They resume talking about possibilities, and going back and forth with thier opinions*
*3 shots ring out, Dvar pulls out his service pistol*
*Dvar turns to face Otto, and raises the pistol*
*A shot rings out, Otto falls to the ground*
Otto Slovinik: " Greetings Lieutenant, I am glad we are able to continue our talk from before.
Lt. Dvar: " Likewise, General. Lets walk, I do not want us to feel burdened by our armed guards."
Dvar: "Leading off from last time, I would like to stress the fact that our Union is not recognized. . ."
Otto: "And let me repeat what I have said before, We are far, far away from any major power, AN or otherwise. I am working on a plan, to get recognition from the AN. I understand that the Army is impatient, we just gained control of a far amount of systems, for the first time, in a very long time. You have had a taste battle, and you want more. I was once in your shoes Lieutenant."
Dvar: "How can expect to do anything, to be apart of a strong alliance, if we don't throw our weight around?"
Otto: "What you speak of is war. We do not have the military, nor the infrastructure to sustain us in the type of war that you consider. Look at the Galacians, the only reason the Shulga could make the negotiations he did, was because his military got lucky. You of all people should know this, Dvar, you brought me the intel, I am referencing."
(Dvar turns, and waves to a building across from them)

Otto: "What. . . ?"
*Dvar turns to face Otto, and raises the pistol*
Dvar: "It was probably nothing, sir. Nothing that you need to worry about now."
Otto: "Dvar! What is this?"
Dvar: "Forgive me Otto, but it is the militarys' belief, that you can not lead this union."
Otto: "Why? I have prevented the Union from collapsing after the death of Cohnnor! I provided the military with the funding, to keep it a viable force!!"
Dvar: "And the miltary thanks you. Without you, this wouldn't've been possible. You have been a great asset, but sadly, your usefulness has come to an end.
Otto: "This isn't going to work. . ."
Dvar:" I wish you would be around to watch it, but. . ."
*A shot rings out, Otto falls to the ground*
Dvar: "Escort, this is Oberst-Genral Dvar, target has been eliminated. Begin the assault. Have fun."
