However, recent events have destabilized the peace. Uknown forces have managed to use ancient tek to split up the neighboring plate of Zapad, conjoining parts of it to Vostok, Leaving the residents of Zapad scattered, exploited and angry

Pointer: OK, Let's go over this one last time... Amethyst teleporter crystals are being transported from the mines in an unmarked vehicle through the city.. And when they cross into Vostok the intersection will be indefensible and crowded with traffic. the prime time to strike.... The client has placed a standard bounty tracker on the vehicle.
