After reporting on the events that took place at the Dunlan Fortress to the King, Sir John Lannister and Miss Lillian Windstrider have procured passage on a Black Knight's ship.
(Please ignore the sudden change of Sir John's hair. I thought it fit him better.)
However, they aren't the only passengers on the ship.
Sir John: "Hello there, I'm Sir John Lannister, and this is Lillian Windstrider. Who might you be?"
Dwarf: "My name is Muradin Doomforge."
Sir John: "And what might you be doing out on the seas?"
Muradin: "Well, I'm on a quest to find a powerful battle axe. It's blade was forged from pure Deargite, which is a red crystal. Legend says it was buried alongside a powerful dwarf in the Mines of Mirith."
Lillian: "We're going to travel past the Western Gate of Mirith on our way back to Nason's Keep."
Muradin: "Really? Well, if you'd like to join me, travelling through the Mines will shortcut your journey by a day or so. It's much quicker than going around the mountains."
Sir John: "Well Lillian, what do you say? I'm fine with taking a shortcut."
Lillian: "Sure! Let's do it!"
Sir John: "It's settled then! We'll travel with you through the Mines of Mirith."
Two Days Later...
Muradin: "There it is, the Western Gate of Mirith."
Lillian: 'gasp'
