The End of an Era

White King's Castle, shortly after the King's funeral:
Since the White King had no male heirs, the Queen became the new rightful ruler of the Kingdom.
White Queen: "In order to see that my late husband's sacrifice was not in vain, I am ordering you to take a contingent of our remaining forces and hunt down and destroy the last strongholds of the Undead."
Sir Marcus: "Right away, my Queen!"
Sir Marcus did as ordered, and hunted down the Undead for several months. One by one, their fortresses and strongholds fell, and the few remaining necromancers, who were the lifeline for the Undead, were cut down.
Finally, after so much bloodshed and fighting, there would be peace once more throughout the lands.
Meanwhile:
Muradin and Lillian come to look at their friend one last time...
And so ends The Dark Lord's Return.
You can expect more of this story in the somewhat near future, but probably just a soap or two for now, as I'm taking a little break from medieval and focusing on something else:
