No, that's not how this works. A Brikwarrior of the Month must excel in many areas. While Insert_Blank is talented, he's not yet at the level of Theblackdog or Quantumsurfer. The fact is, Theblackdog has been putting out a consistent amount of quality content on this site for years.

First off, his microspace factions all have recognizable styles of ships. The TLA ships are smooth yet thick. They're sleek, but greebled.



His small ships are also very detailed:









He's also no scrub when it comes to big vehicles, especially fighters:

Or writing.

He's even good at GMing on fabletop, able to make cohesive narratives out of bullshit.

To summarize, theblackdog is awesome and you should all read his battle reports, forum battles, soaps, armoury posts and fabletop logs.

I don't know. A couple of his pics are dark, but the no flash thing doesn't make too much sense to me. I don't think that flash is really hindering his pics at all.
