Anime highschools are known to ruin otherwise decent non-Slice of Life anime, although some anime make it work (Kill la Kill, Code Geass).

Inferno cop. They had money left over from Kill La Kill, and that's pretty much what it is.

Just kidding, it's a theory of a friend of mine. Anyway....

Koukaku Kidoutai Arise: Alternative Architecture (TV version of Ghost in the Shell: Arise)is airing in 5 days:

Ye.

Why is Darker than Black not on anyone's list?
What about Serial Experements Lain?
What about the first season of Gunslinger Girl?
Mardock Scramble?
Texhnolyze?
Dennō Coil?
You're Under Arrest (this is a bad anime, but its a guilty pleasure of mine)?
Eureka 7?

Darker than Black was good, but it's not one of my favourites. It's one of those shows that needs to be rewatched in order to be appreciated.

I found Full Metal Panic very entertaining yet serious at the same time. Definitely worth watching in my opinion.

You would love Black Lagoon.

Steins;Gate
I just saw the final episode yesterday, pretty sure you would like that too.
I've seen a guy here locally that looks exactly like Daru.

Samurai Champloo

Psycho-Pass, Darker than Black.

If you like bad anime, You're Under Arrest

If you like comedy, Panty Stocking & Garterbelt. Or the new Teen Titans Go! . It's great if you liked the original teen titans cartoons as a kid. One of those tv shows that are made simultaneously for adultsmanchildren and children.

Tzan, man don't recommend the Stiens gate anime, you can get Steins;Gate for PC in English these days. All these new fans and they've only seen the anime, man its tragic, you don't get the full depth of the plotlines.

Natalya, you gotta understand, eventually you get through the anime in the style you like, but you need more MORE MORE MORE so you start reading mangas, but not even scanlations can get you your fix anymore. Then you get desperate. You have to learn japanese. You have to turn japanese. I paid $50 for toro yesterday. God help me :rei:
