it will be an infantry-centric brikwar, but I would prepare some anti-tank troops.

Strana and RoC77 both have ground forces as well as their space fleets. We're not restricted to a space battle.

Ha! Oddly enough, I just finalized a group of Heavy Weapons troopers - two Mortar Teams, and a missile trooper. Not only that, but we're in the process of developing our first full tank (unfortunately, the first frame was too small, and the second is waaaay too big - think something more akin to 'mobile command center').

Sure they will. Pretty corpses are better than regular corpses. Plus you can prop them up as decoys if they have guns. Like scarecrows, really.

And now you're making me think we need to hire a real mad-scientist, and develop some way to reanimate dead soldiers (with science).

my plan would be to zap them with giant lightning bolts. maybe you vaporise them, maybe you reanimate, them maybe it does nothing. but at least you are assured of a good show.
