Is it possible to simulate a BrikWars battle with only MS paint?

I want to know so I can make a late April Fool's joke and maybe pass the time until I get enough minifigs to actually do any battles.

I personally wouldn't.
Though, one certainly could with stud.io and the inbuilt render system.
