Hello, my friends!
I'm very bad at translating in terms of gameplay, vehicles, and large creatures. I need help with the stats for the Medieval Dragon LEGO set 31161, which was just released. Has anyone already deployed it on the battlefield?

Re: Looking for Help with Official LEGO Set Stats
I can only guess the size based on images, so this might be a bit off. to me it looks like the dragon would be an 8 or 9" creature (measured from head to butt). Let's go with 8 for now, won't make much of a difference other than the HP and Energy.
base stats for any model are: 1D6 armor, 1D6 action Die, [inches] "HP" (in our case: =8), 2x[inches] energy (=16).
now, for every inch you get an enhancement, up to a maximum of 5 enhancements.
You'll probably want your dragon to move. Each move enhancement grants +5" movement. So depending on how quick you want to make the dragon, you could use maybe 2 or 3 of the size enhancements for that. Let's go with 2, so that he has a 10" movement.
Guessing the dragon is also not supposed to just die when a random minifig pokes it with a knife, so let's throw 2 more enhancements into armor, one to buff the 1D6 to a D10 armor, one to give the dragon deflection (remove 1 incoming damage Die from each attack).
Now, with the final size enhancement, you could make the dragon more competent. dragons are smart creatures in most stories, right? so let's use that to upgrade its skill die from D6 to D8. Of course, you could also go back and use that enhancement for more armor or speed instead, if that's what you prefer.
Dragon needs to fly, but we have no more size enhancements. Doesn't matter, you can take an impairment to compensate. Usually people cupple flying with half energy. so instead of our 16 energy it'd only have 8. which'd probably be more than enough.
So, weapons. Guess the dragon is supposed to spew fire, so let's make the head a 2" flamethrower. This does need 2 energy to be used, so if the dragon is on its last HP, it won't be able to breath fire anymore. While we're at it, let's also make every leg (/claw) a size 1 or 2 melee weapon. you could also make the horns Melee weapons (probably size 1) or the tail (size... 3 or 4, I'm guessing)
Note: due to the dragon only having 1 energy left when at 1 HP, you should give it at least one size 2" weapon so it can still do something when it's near death.
Also note: as soon as the dragon goes below 5 HP, it'll a) lose the ability to fly (because it'll have less than half its HP) and b) start losing enhancements due to being reduced in size. you can freely pick which of the enhancements should go first. Do you want it to just stay in place and burn everything that comes to close? then reduce movement first. Does the dragon hit well enough without the slightly better action die? restore the D8 to a D6. it's up to you. just try to keep track of it.
