So first, the range difference should be 3" instead of 2". That makes it so it follows this chart. You were right for the damage to be +2 for 1CP though, as well as all the changes being 1CP each.
I just noticed. You said the range modifier should be 3", not 2". That is incorrect, the 3" difference costs 1.5 CP and decimals are always rounded down, thus the only 1 CP climb for 3" of added range. The rounding decimals down only works properly after the rest of the stats are completed.
I got the rounding down from the Special Creations section.

No, 3" costs 1CP. Every increase of weapon size is an extra 3" of range. If you're going with +2 Damage is 1CP and +1d6 Damage is 2CP, then that leaves only 1CP left of difference between a Size 1 and Size 2 weapon and 3" worth of range difference. Therefore, +3" of range is 1CP.
