Rules Update: The Horse

Behold my glory:

Chapter H: The Horse

I accelerated the release because the rulebook formatting was getting all messed up with the Firefox 3 update. So you all have Firefox to thank for the new material.

All of Chapter H is new, of course, but also look for changes throughout due to the rebalancing of weapons stats (chapters 7 and 3 mostly) and a whole lot of rearranging of the Charge rules (chapters 5 and 7 mostly).

If you could, everybody take a look through the new material and see if you can find any obvious screwups or broken links or anything. And tell me what you think.

Next up on the agenda is to finally add the Mechanix.

The Assault Triker has it's CP cost slightly screwed. it's 9CP for a horse, and the stat card says -3 for steel, while the trike's explanation says -2. the CP cost would be 6CP, or you could add a +1 for armor.

EDIT: nevermind, everywhere else it says -2 for steel, so it's only the card that says -3.

Would you like to be notified of embarassing mistakes in public or a PM?

Card repaired!

As a general policy, I think that anything embarrassing to me personally should be made as public as possible.

I havent read the whole thing yet, just skimmed around.
I like your writing style. Generally artists are not so good with the word thing.

Typo:
Getting Carried Away section
"Normally, if a minifig in Close Combat attempts to Withdraw (5.2: Close Combat), he must use his Action to do so, and his opponent gets one free Counter agaifnst him when..."

this is pretty obviouse and you may even already have it there but there should be a minimum and maximum size for a horse, because a frog ould not be ridden. and without some kind of platform, it is doubtfull that a person could ride something as big as a dinosaur (to scale and not a poop)

well keep in mind, "Horse" is just a simplified creation that abides the normal rules for creations, but are so common that they deserve their own quick presets so that someone can quickly find stats and CP costs for said common occurrence. if you'll notice, a minifig is actually a creation as well, but is simplified into it's own card in the same way.

I just noticed IV's new custom title. Nice.

That was just about the most awesome unintentional creepy thing even said on the internets.

You forget the thread where a guy asks if he can borrow another guy's son for a BrikWar. It's, in Rayhawk's point of view, the creepiest thread ever.
