Firefight

I was thinking that there would be sense in creating this new mode called firefight. There are two teams: the heroes and the minifigs. The heroes team has to last 5 rounds. The minifigs have to kill the heroes. The heroes have 5 heroes on their team, without the ego minus. The mini figs have 10 normal mini figs on the first round, 20 on the second, 30 on the third, etc. No vehicles, steeds , or other creations. Will this work?

It works. Maybe waves of minifigs? For a firefighty feel.

I was gonna do something similar to this, but based on the Zombies game mode in CoD (which is the only game mode worth playing in any CoD game). But I got frustrated with it and scrapped it.

do you mean like , say, 3 or 4 waves a round, with the mini figs staggered over these waves?

We did this with warhammer once, it worked really well.
You might have to give the heroes some microfigs each so that they can redshirt a few hits.

That is a good idea, however, i cannot find any microfig games and can not order from brick link, any suggestions?

Or they could be 'defending' a civilian outpost and just chuck any hapless dimmy that happens to be nearby in front of oncoming fire.

Heh. Or, the minifigs are only 'attacking' and everyone can have a nice cup of 'tea'.

I put defending with quotation marks because if they're using civilians as shields then they're not really defending them.
What you said is possible though, not sure how 'fun' that would be

It might be.

Actually, I was thinking of implementing a sort of morale system. Sort of like if a hero kills a leader minifig, all of his minifig squaddies have a 2 in 6 chance of going crazy and joining the heroes team, and the heroes can use the minifig traitors to redshirt.

But the traitorous minifigs can't attack
