So, as you may have noticed, to use Phaleks, I need eight and ten sided dices, sadly, I only have 6 sided dices(LOTS of them)
I have been able to do it so far, but my way doesn't seem right.
how would you create D8 and D10 roles using D6s?

Either that or carve it.

Alternatively, go to a gaming store and buy some D10s. Or order them online.

1d6+1 gives you approximately the same statistics.

Start with 1.

Roll a d6. If it's even, add +1.
Roll a d6. If it's even, add +2.
Roll a d6. If it's even, add +4.

There you go, perfect probability distribution for a d8. But really Silverdream's suggestion is the best one.

6 - Roll a d6.
7 - On a 5 or 6, ignore the result and go back to step 6.
8 - Flip a coin.
9 - If heads, add 4 to the result.

Now you have a d8.

There are probably a handful of virtual dice apps, or you can just buy dice at a local gaming store. They're usually really overpriced, but it's worth actually having real dice.

Yeah, problem is I live in the middle of no where in a country that just sits back on its ass while the other countrys do cool stuff and in my tiny village there isn't even One Shop!

I got 2 D8s, an orange and green transparent one, And they are awesome

There is a lot of free dice rollers even for Android, so if you have a mobile phone with such system, just go to android shop.
You can even pregenerate just table in excell or libre office spreadshit with random function - for such dice... - everytime, when you roll just delete with pen the next number...
