Here is something I have been wondering,

When I shoot at a minifig, and he has an armor of 4, he dies on a Five, however, what's with all these minifigs having armor of 1D6? What did I miss this time?

The 1d6 comes from if you check how a minifigs stats are constructed, from the MOC rules.
The 4 is there for the new people to simplify it to them.

Pretty much that, 4 is the average of a d6 anyway.

It's just a quick and easy way to streamline armor rolls. Heroes' armor is also simplified from 1d10 to a flat 7.

These are the basic stats for basic minifigs and heroes. Anything else is homebrew.

yes but the hero, had 2D6 of armor, what does that mean?

It means the same thing as when a weapon has 2d6 of damage. You attack with the weapon, it hits the hero, roll 2d6 damage for the weapon, roll 2d6 armor for the hero, if the damage roll is more than the armor roll then the damage wins.

This is actually helpful to me too. I was wondering the same thing and assumed the same conclusion as what Nimja said. It's always nice to get confirmation.
