Zombies?

As seen here:
viewtopic.php?f=3&t=13884 Zombies kicked my ass recently. It was probably partly due to not the best play, but not completely. At least that's what I told myself.
Here's the stats for the zombies I faced:
AC: 12 (or a natural 6)
Mov: 3" but with a 2" angry inch
Skill: D6
I thought the AC was way too high. I felt like it should be 8 tops. My friend compromised with 10, which I think is still too high.
Thoughts?

I think AC is the wrong stat to change.
It should be -2 to hit to kill because it's a -2 penalty to hit just the head. Alternatively, if you don't take the -2, you can choose to blow off a limb.

I think they should move with stumble dice until they see a target. If the target gets out of sight for two turns they go back to stumble.

A 12 AC is roughly equivalent to a brick wall; those zombies must be animated by powerful magic. Normally a minifig-sized creature has a max armor of 6 or 1d10, under standard rules.
I would give them flesh AC (4 or 1d6), but you have to gib them (2x Armor in a single hit) or decapitate them (-2 to target the head) to put them down for good. For anything else, use the Dismemberment rules.

Didn't somebody already make rules for zombie "AI?"
