I was looking on the 2010 rulebook in the armies section, and a lot of the specialties were blank for their special abilities. If anybody knows why or can fix it or something pls help.

It's because the rulebook has been a work in progress for about, uh, 12 years now?

I've seen some people quote the blank rules from the book, though. Also math is hard.

If someone knows the special abilities for The Mechanik, The Engineer, The Cybernetik, The Infiltrator, The Saboteur, The Assassin, The Sniper, The Commando, The Leader, The Commander, and The Great Leader that would be helpful.

There is just this topic where people discuss work-in-progress-chapters of the rulebook, the quotes are probably from there. But no, the blank chapters are blank, because they have not been written yet. There is no conspiracy, just work-in-progress.
