Can a hero be an animal? one of my friends wanted to use a T-Rex as his hero, and we couldn't find anything saying no, so we let him, but I was wondering if an animal could be a hero

I'd say any animal can be hero. As long as you measure weapons and the animal itself.

Depends on if it's an independent creature or a half-minded one. An independent creature would be a Hero, and a half-minded creature would be a Heroic Artifakt for whoever was riding or controlling it.

Nothing stopping you from giving a full mind to any creation though. So basically yes, an intelligent T-Rex could be a hero.
