1) Nah they work just the same as other one handed weapons.
2) Shit, I've never used angry inches, but I think if you're in melee you get to move 1" before attacking.
3) No one knows. But it's something like, if a car or something crashes into an elephant, they each do damage to each other, 1d6 for every 2 inches the car moved. But they can't do more damage d6s than their respective Size. So if the car is Size 3 and the elephant is Size 4, the car can't do more than 3d6 damage, and the elephant can't do more than 4d6 damage, even if the car moved further than 6" or 8" before the crash.
These are the rules that I use and the actual rules are probably different
