Sniper!

I thought up some rules for sniper rifles a while ago, and I've used them in battles. Here are the stats for the rifle:
Use: 4
Rules: Works like a rifle, except it adds +1 to your damage.
Range: 18"
I also though up some rules for a commando/sniper, I dunno if anyone would like em. Here they are:
Skill: 1d6
Speed: 7"
Armor: 5
Special rules: Wall-climber When climbing difficult terrain, add +1 to dice roll. Infiltrate The minifig is allowed to start the game 7" ahead of all other troops at the start of the game.
Hope you like em! Feedback is appreciated.

yours works better as a commando rather than a sniper, which i've already been meaning to do. for a next task, i think the card-forgers should work on that (or you know... finish the medik...).

hey, if you don't like
the medik I gave you, then you can bloody well finish it yourself.

This thing is more finished than you make it out to be.

well that was the problem! we have like 12 medik ideas!
i think what we all ended up agreeing on (or at least what i agreed with myself upon) was that mediks should revive units as if preforming a heroic feat. success = life, failure = permadeath. but we never had a card with that.

To quote the 2001 rulebook's ker-triage! table: When fail, the medik's hand twitches due to battlefield stress and
accidentally severs twenty or thirty major arteries, rendering the trooper permanently dead. Either rip him apart more or place a pip or something on him to show he got DEAD dead.

I really like that sniper stats card I have seen it before but we indeed stil need a medik stats card what I always do is that how longer he is dead the harder it is to revive him so for every extra turn he is dead he gets a - something to his skill roll.

READ MY SNIPER (weapon) RULES:
UR-6

And that's it.

But there's no spare fire if you roll enough to overkill.
And if you score a 6, it is like a reward to kill your enemy instantly, if you are a normal minifig of course.
Meh, i use this rule and it works pretty well actually.

seeing as we're talking about high-caliber rifles, notice what blitzen and i came up with on the card. we decided only snipers should properly snipe, and anyone else who uses the rifle would use it as simply a large, unweildy, powerful rifle. Basically, i just converted polearm stats into long-range rifle stats. and with 15" of range to use.
Dr. X, what you've got on medik rules is basically what blitzen has for the medik card she made. it's also what i used, but lots of people thought that it was too much of an effort to keep track of how long each unit was dead, so we opted for medikal feats instead.

All I had was a quote, I hated the rule of how many turns since they were dead. Feets are better, ND. I Just like the quote.
