if I had 2 basic engines of a frigate how many inches would it move(no plating)

Like I said, you just add the amount of inches together. So, essentially, buying two engines doubles your movement.

you said that if a engine was meant for a flagship then you add 1 inch for each class of ships below flagship right?

Oh, you're right. I apologize. I'm becoming lost in my own ruleset. That is correct.

Wow. Those Frigates will be ridiculously fast. That's an additional 6". Maybe I'll make it so that it only counts for one engine. So that if one puts five Basic Engines on a Frigate, they won't end up being able to go 60" in a single movement phase... just 36".

I really like the look of the Frigates (I presume they're Frigates). They fleet looks great en mass! Well done. So, what happens now that you have two wonderfully set up fleets?

It's not my job, unfortunately. It's kidko's, and for some reason he hasn't been online recently. He's got quite a bit to update and go through when he does, however, and I feel he may not actually take the time to do so.

It was a bad joke. Really, it's me. MasterEcabob is fairly readily considered a member of the board, if a board actually existed. But it doesn't, so it's really only me.
