That's almost exactly the same GL stats that I use, the only difference being the range. For underbarrel models, I use 6" or 8", while full-size launchers like the MGL or M320 are 10".
I toyed with giving it 10" range, but decided on 8" since I didn't want the launcher to be too powerful (and besides, with out of range shots and the blast radius, It can still hit targets 10" any easily).
