Ok,so basically this would call for things as big as bionicle models to be considered minifigs, I know this isn't much but I'm still trying to work this out, this post is basically a think tank for ideas

You know what would be cooler, is if you just went for it. Start a bionicle-RPG and make up ideas as you go. That'll be the fastest way to figure out what works and what doesn't. You'll have to learn how to post photos of course.

The only way to get people's attention is to actually do stuff, rather than talk about doing stuff.
