Do you re-roll the slow effect for each attempt to break free?

EXAMPLE:
Benny is charging after Natalya, who orders her minions to fire a size 3 net at him and a roll of 5 nails the shot. To break free, would Benny have to roll each turn to try and beat 3d6, or does the 3d6 get rolled once while Benny adds up his rolls over several turns until he can break free?

This example goes both ways though. Maybe it's because Hulk is better at flexing and busting out of things because he's so much buffer than frodo? Does Hulk Hogan have an easier time breaking out of Shelob's net than Frodo does from weird penis's?

Spider-Man turns into something else if you forget the hyphen.

You could give creations a number of d6s equal to its size for breaking free.
