A new Thing?

I'm gonna do something in the likes of brikwars...I dunno why I'm saying it but hey..
I don't want to reveal much, save backstory, general plot, and a few things.
Well, basically, its going to follow a group of adventurers in the world as they fight against a Large horde of the other three races and a Mad Lich leading it all.
Ill put more, i have to put a new comp in for a min...

This just follows the story of a group of adventurers from a town who now protect their empire from a horde of Gerlocks, Mutants, And Gigantees, a Lich and his Cult.
The world is a mix of times- Steam Ships are common, Guns are new, and tanks that can rip apart entire cities are seen. Magic is norm but has a side affect- For Betraying common law, those who use Magick fall down into undeath and evil, eventually. The world is as follows-
its Based on my apartment, eh?I dunno what the hells else I'm going to base it upon. Sue me.

Yellow- Desert
Brown- Plateau and mountains
Grey-Caves
Blue-Water
Red-Lava
Crimson-Cities.
The Crimson are the main 6 towns/cities- Thats it. Roaming hordes, Monsters and Tanks blow nearly everything up. Hperspace tech was used many times, and lost just as many.
I think some if not all of you are going crazy by this, so ill Explain more backstory. What, i want this to have a good line!
How do i put this- Once there was a man who popped into existence, the first man- Daniel the first. He got on a Spaceship that also popped into life, went from Ghousa to Savoy, Landed, Freed the people there from the ruling nation, went north, beta the Britons and the French, made a empire, which lasted until a wormhole came, made two world wars, and by Daniel the 45th, they left. Still with me? Ill explain it even more later.
They landed in new savoy, fought off the gerlocks, made ANOTHER empire, which fell into Nuclear war, then a turn of Hyperspace/Medieval Tech which is now at the 12cd spin. This is were it starts - The Gerlock hordes come under a lich lord, which then soon start attacking the last remains of the Savoyians.

one day man came. He moved on big cool space ship to Sav oi. He made good land. Two wars came and beat up everyone else. Everyone else ran away to nue Sav oi. Dey beat up the green skinned guys. Dey made land. Dey made nukes and killed demselves. Dey now came from space to sticks to space and sticks .. Trel-vel times. Now green people beat up everyone else. Dis is were dis starts.

The Rules of Gameplay-
Since i only have at max 3 d6's, ill use two. It goes like this-
Anyone not a PC has 3 Hp. A roll of 4,5, and 6 will kill, damage on the scale, 4 is stab, 5 is mid cut, 6 is complete gibs.
A PC however has 12 hp and the damage needed to kill one must add up to 12. Anything short will only Hinder.
Movement is 3' for NPCs,(Save Heroes and the Lich and dragons) And 5' for PC's.
SO, like this
NPCS (Save NPC heroes and lich)- 3 arm, 3 hp, 4+ roll will kill.
PCS- 6 arm, 12 hp, needs 12 to kill.
