He just used regular BrikWars 2005 rules, with the ships as vehicles. Read "Epic Fleet Engagement in the Caid Sector" and "The Vol Took the Stranians' cult" for details.

Oh, he did exactly the OPPOSITE of using the 2005 rules. He made this gigantic supplement.
Just use the regular 2005 rules though and use a mixture of component and size damage.
