Caveman magic

I was thinking of starting my game at the beginning. The beginning of time.
So I have cavemen. But I also want huge explosions, so I need magic, because there are no explosives in days of yore.
What would a caveman consider to be magical, like his source for magic power? Poo. I mean how does a caveman know where poo comes from, how its made, it just appears, as if by magic.
So a character could be a PooMage. He could cast any type of explodie magic I need.
Other characters could use premade poomagic items, like the Poozooka.

Yeah that would be like "casting" a fireball spell.
You chuck a handful of napoolm at the target.
Good idea

This has finally inspired me to make my own seal of approval.
In poo-related news, has everyone seen the new lego
battle of nappie set? The dungans now have poo-splattered heads -
just as they've been depicted in BrikWars for years.

After reading Tzan's OP post, the first constructive thought that came in mind was 'scat cults'.
That just sounds horrible; but I hope it's helpful in a way or another.

I prefer the term "copromancy."
Besides explosion magic, a heroic poo is also useful for impressing other cavemen and inspiring bravery.

Hey thats actually a thing, but you probably already knew that.
Monkeys
They have always used poo as a tool. So I figured that cavemen would probably have a special relationship with it also.

In terms of explosives, you could always have the battle take place during a thunderstorm. At the start of each turn, roll a die for each tree (obviously indicate which tree each roll is for).
On a roll of 5, the tree is stuck by lightning and is set on fire, and whatever fire rules you're using (are there any official ones?) are put in effect.
On a roll of 6, the tree is struck with an even more intense lighting bolt, and the tree explodes violently, sending wooden shrapnel flying in all directions.
The explosion damage is determined by the size of the tree's trunk; if it's 1x1 stud, it's a 1d10 explosion; if it's 2x2 studs, it's a 2d10 explosion, and so on and so forth.
The poo ideas are great, too. Maybe they could have air strikes in the form of flocks of birds?

I don't have any rules written for anything yet.
I have made many systems before and I will probably review them all when the time is right. I'm still working on the terrain editor. Regular work gets in the way.

OH. Wait, are you talking about Brikwars, or that game you've been working on? I've become confused.

My game.
You guys can certainly make Brikwars rules for this stuff. Go for it.

Found a new word today.
I could totally imagine caveman Harry Potter waving his wand and saying "ENCOPRESIS!"

That would be hilarious also For explosions you could have explosive diarrhea.
