Are .png images ever NOT big?

Maybe there's a new format or something for them? My photoshop is atleast 6 years old.

Several things:

6. I assume by "UT" you mean University of Toronto, which is what we natives like to call "UofT"
7. I never went to UofT. I went to university in Toronto, but I went to a different one.
8. I graduated.

Regardless, internet speed is not a problem for me. I just see file size optimization as a great goal for all of us. By exporting the largest possible file, you're hurting not only me, but a great deal of others, too, including yourself. Here are some things your wanton misuse of file types affects:

6. The time/energy/processing power it takes you to export your image.
7. Your own diminishing hard drive space.
8. The time it takes you to upload that giant image to your server.
9. The strain on your server every time someone downloads the image.
10. The strain on an individual's computer when they download the image.
11. The stress on me, knowing how disastrous this is for all of us and being unable to stop it.

In short, you're a monster. The good news is now that you're turning everything on this forum is into a space-efficient epilepsy .gif I can only assume your huge-ass photos will be next.

In Mass. we inspect cars every year and do emissions test, $29.

You have to pay for emissions tests? That's stupid.

They do emissions every other year I think and its included.
