So im looking to start yet another army but nearly all the places that I've found don't sell the parts in the quantity that im looking for anyone know good bulk sellers or just good cheap sellers in general?

Most of the one's that are cheap+bulk are in Europe, so you'll still have to deal with that shipping fee.
As for minifigs, I am unaware of the best sellers.

Usually the people that are cheap are just selling off an old collection. The problem is that the people who have large quantities and variety are usually running it as a business and need to make money, so parts won't be dirt cheap. The magical unicorns you are looking for usually sell out quicker than word can get around of their good deals.

If you want a whole bunch of the same minifig, you usually won't be able to find a seller that has 100 of them. So like.. just search for the parts you want, find a seller that is cheap and has like 10 of them, and repeat 10 more times or however many until you have the desired quantity
