My PM's keep on going to outbox.

Whenever I send private messages to people it always goes to my outbox. I log out and log back in, hoping that the message would be sent, but it is still there.
Anyone knows why this is happening?

Outbox messages are actually sent to the recipient, but are yet to be picked up by them.

Yeah, outbox just means they haven't been seen by them yet.

Oh, aren't I a fool! I thought it was the same outbox that you have with your email address where your message doesn't send properly and you have to log out and log back in for it to be sent.
