There's this thing going around here, people keep talking about the 2010 rules and saying they don't exist yet.
The things that I don't understand is: I can find them! Here's how:

Huh, I was under the impression that the webpage just had the 2005 rules with 2010 slapped on for the fuck of it.
Maybe I should actually go read them...
