So I've been working on adventures for Dungeon Squad however i have essentially run out of ideas for quests/adventures for my group to go through. Any suggestions even for RPG's in general?

I'm confused. Isn't Dungeon Squad itself a RPG system?

Yes i just mean that these could be ideas from any RPG system you know? Im not really partial to if they are from D&D or Pathfinder or any other game.

Well, I'm not sure what you're looking for specifically, but a great place to start for basic adventure and campaign setting ideas is
FATE. You can get the Core Rulebook and they publish (or support, not sure which) a new setting with loads of ideas every month. You can check those out over at
DriveThruRPG. They're called Worlds of Adventure. Everything is pay what you like.
You might also consider
Dungeonslayers. Really great game, streamlined, dungeon crawl themed. Loads of good mechanical ideas.

I was running Curse of Strahd with my group until we had to stop. I rather enjoyed the optional opening adventure which is available
here as a PDF. Obviously you'd need to alter it for your system and players. I honestly don't think any of my players had been in a haunted house as a dungeon, and it was fun. If I was running it again with higher level players and more confidence in my DM'ing abilities, I'd add in a bunch of extra creepy and mind fucky shit. Endless corridors, the room layout changing, more death traps.
