it's always puzzled me how we get such a sheer amount of people who introduce themselves then fuck off forever, anyone have any idea why?

I've been wondering that myself, I look through the member list and 90% have less than ten posts.

Even weirder is guys like Tuefish who have close ties with the community and built awesome armies before disappearing forever. Probably at least half of the people who participated in ZZD haven't been around in several years. Why?

But honestly the people who were around built armies then left by my best guess had to get on with life and be a productive human being thats just my guess.

But happened to the armies? I know the Army of JAM was sold for parts, but what about the VOL or Capt Zipps' TTJS army?
