There is a Nuke plant just south of Miami, right at the ocean.

They did mention the nukes on CNN a few hours ago.
They are shutting them down to prepare.
It would be interesting to know if this is the kind that needs power and working pumps to not explode.

"Sir, water knocked out the generators so the pumps stopped and the plant went into meltdown."
Needing power to run the pumps to keep things cool. What a rookie mistake!

I know right?
That chem plant in Texas had 3 levels deep of backup generators.
They were all installed at ground level and flooded.
Install generators and fuel and pumps or whatever 20 feet up in the air on a sturdy concrete building made specifically for that.

And how do you get fuel to a generator 20 feet in the air?

A pipe with a pump on it into a storage tank up there with a capacity for many days use.
Of course its full before a storm comes through.

Always put backup generators up on an elevated platform in plain sight.
That way they're a real easy target in a BrikWar and they're more likely to get shot at and explode and kill any minifigs nearby, which would be ossum.

That sounds like either a lot of work or a lot of briks.
