AZKAMAT v. CombatBrick

So as anyone familiar with me knows, I dig 3rd party gear. Too much, probably.
As part of that I recently (March 28) placed a 40 USD order to Combat Brick (link below) for an assortment of guns and hats.

Well, they took my money but haven't shipped it. I've tried emailing AND calling them for no response at all.
I'm tired of being short $40 for nothing and I'm escalating now to a PayPal dispute and if this keeps up, a Claim.
I know I've seen their products here at least once. Has anyone else had an issue? I bought a small pack last year with no issue. I can't seem to find any reviews online or news.
One Brickwarrior to the community though: buyer beware!

As a pro-Peach, Enlighten'd DeCOOL LEGO-GUDIan, looks like your other choice will be at AliExpress for 3rd-party weaponry; Unless still, remain at Brickarms or Brickloot.

They have a store on Amazon if you desperately need some of their stuff, Amazon tends to be tougher on no-ships.

Thanks for the tip, although I've gone ahead and ordered equivalent parts from Modern Brick Warfare (Si-Dan reseller in America, and damn good).
I'm not desperate for their parts per se, it's just the lack of NVG helmets I ordered from them have put a major project on hold for 2 weeks plus now and with $40(!) down the tube.

Combat Brick fought my claim by giving PayPal a tacking number for my order. However, it was one that wasn't created until a full week after I'd submitted the claim and when I followed up with it on the USPS website they state plainly that they never received anything to ship; it's just empty data created for pre-shipment records. That will have been a week ago tomorrow. And still no direct talk from Combat Brick to me or PayPal.
So take it from me, someone who's been a 3rd party consumer since 2007; Combat Brick is trouble. They'll take your money and run, respond to nothing, and try to make a fool out of PayPal.

I am delighted to announce that today I received my package in full from CombatBrick. It appears that USPS is in fact the party which dropped the ball. Thanks Uncle Sam.
My 'buyer beware' stance remains, however, as they took an inappropriate amount of time to get it delivered (30 days from date of order placement) and made no effort to get back to my questions. So turn to them for your dakka needs over the half dozen or so alternatives at your own risk.

As a retail manager. the blame is surely on the USPS
Next time, request if they do UPS or Fedex, you may pay more for it, but its faster and more reliable
