Should I kidnap my friend?

So my friend keeps insisting that (c)rap music is better than METAL, and I can't decide if I'm willing to let the argument go or if I should kidnap him, tie him to a chair, and force him to listen to Iron Maiden's entire discography. Thoughts?

Most of Iron Maiden is unimpressive.
EXCEPT POWERSLAVE
Have them listen to Flash of the Blade, Powerslave, Back in the Village, Aces High, and Rime of the Ancient Mariner.
Then introduce your friend to Judas Priest.

Priest is best between Screaming for Vengeance and Painkiller.

I tried to kidnap my friend once. She kicked me so hard in the face that it left a perfect combat boot imprint. It's one of my fondest memories.

As a fellow Craig I suggest that mere kidnap is not enough.
Not only should you kidnap him - but also steal all of his electronic devices.
Run magnets over his hard-drives and smash all of his phones/tablets/other shit and THEN force him to listen to metal, not just Maiden but a general swath of metal genres until he finds something he likes. Then release him back into the wild under the provision that if he pulls this shit again then you will kidnap him, destroy his belongings and throw him into a speed-metal variant of Guantanamo Bay once again.
