I'm writing lore for a technologically backward Balkan nation (fictional obvs) run by Dracula equivalent.

Backstory is he has been running the country as his own personal fiefdom for the past thousand years and it's getting stale so he wants to mix it up with this new style of total monarchy called communism.

I'm really looking for a pun name based on communism/dracula. All suggestions welcome!
