Removing multi year old stickies

Some threads. Particularly armory have an excess of stickies that some of which have been there for years.
Not only is like the first 9 or 10 items on the list always the same. But they tend to get an unfair amount of attention toward them from guest traffic.
can't we take some of the stickies down and link them in a hall of fame post or something?
